New leadership, proven values.

Yesterday, SWISS INSIGHTS held its 57th General Assembly. With new leadership, a clear strategy, and a strengthened network, the association is looking confidently to the future.

#1 Dr. Stefan Oglesby was elected as the new president. He takes over from Stefan Langenauer, who played a decisive role in accelerating the association's transformation process.

#2 Dr. Sabrina Pfister, Head of Social Research at YouGov Switzerland, is joining the board.

#3 Vision 2028 and the association's 2026 program were presented. Once again this year, our members can look forward to exciting webinars, SI Talks, etc. We are also strengthening our presence in the areas of continuing education, data ethics, technology, and research through targeted partnerships.

#4 Prof. Dr. Georg Lutz from FORS concluded with an inspiring insight into the topic of data sharing. He showed that collaborative commitment is needed to ensure sustainable data use and presented solutions for promoting open data.

#5 The SWISS INSIGHTS community is alive and kicking. This became clear during the drinks reception that followed: lively conversations, happy faces, and anticipation for the association's 2026 year.
